Scaming is okay with me. I mean I got scammed (to heavy), but I know better now! If you fall for it then it is your fault not anyone elses... so basically stop bitching.
If people fall for this stupid scam its their own fault, all you have to do is stay calm and when shit like this comes up during a house transfer just cancel it all and go back to brit sell it for a different price.. pfft.
