That time frame is fine for me thank you. Will be around Luna. 'Kantona'. I don't have a huge choice of preference as I only started back up again a couple of days ago. Anywhere in Tram will be fine, anything near mountains will be good if possible? Thank you.

It could be near Luna, Near Britain, Near Mountains, Waterfront, Near a particular dungeon, and so on!

Is there a particular location you have an interest in? Proximity to a certain city, dungeon, or perhaps mountains or ocean front?

If you give me some guidance on this I'll try to find something that suits your interests, if not I'll place one randomly and PM you as soon as I have to all together!

I normally deliver houses somewhere around 9:00 PM EST, make sure you can make yourself available during this time, otherwise PM me and we'll take an appointment for a time that works for both of us.

Yes, you could even make two more levels without the roof.

This is just a basic design I provide people with, but you are more than welcome to redesign it to fit for your needs.

Yes,

You can have 2 story with a roof, or three story if you use the top as one. Kind of like those small workshop that are prebuilt.

You can, you have to customize the house, delete the roof and make yourself some steps or teleporters and a new floor for the next level
