Real Old School was well before statloss. UO was around for a few years before they came up with the horrific trammy idea of statloss.

Well if were going that "old school" get rid of this trammy 700 skill cap and trammy stat locks and that stupid trammy meditation. I want my archer/mage to wear plate again!

My first pk was an archer mage back in 98'. Used to rape kids with a power heavy x bow. Would do like 70+ hits. Was so much fun crashing the bone knight wall of noobs in deciet. But ye I had like 85 magery and was one on the first to cast evs in the deceit lich lord room.

You, shemale, need to learn to count or quit lying about how long you played UO. There was statloss in 99 when I started. Statloss in Spring of '98 when my friend's older brother was in statloss on Napa on his PK Tejeda. UO came out in '97. Quit making shit up shemale, you aren't good, and having no resist is a personal choice, quit using it as a crutch.

There was red npcs you could escort and take them out of town and kill them for their gold when I first started.

I was pretty sure statloss was not implimented until T2A came out in late 1998 but I could be wrong. I have ten years of alcohol/drugs to wipe my memory. If anyone knows for sure, chime in.

Age doesn't deserve respect, things you do might. Get over yourself, train resist, and quit bitchin all the time. You were a shit pk then and are still a shit pk now. The only way you beat people is by getting your ass dropped in a dungeon then recalling in on a fresh scrub char with 2 7x pets ready to sync a trapped, mana-dumped tamer. GG. Being 30 years old, and having played this game in the same lame fashion for 12 years would get old to most people; so, are you just plain retarded, or what? You weren't even a Dread Lord on OSI... You're shit wherever you go. The only thing you've ever done well on UO was suck up to the people who used to hand out pure.

EDIT: And BTW... So-Cal sucks. And why would anyone in their right mind want to claim they are from Compton, let alone live there? But I guess, Compton is no worse than any other part of the LA area...

It's hard to tell exactly when Stat Loss first appeared...I was playing back then and I can't remember either. Looking around...

Ultima Online - Update Center - Update Information lists June 98 as when:
- The reputation system was installed.
- Innocents appear blue, criminals gray, and murderers red.

T2A Released October 1998 (wiki)

Then in March 1999, there's a publish with this:
- Stat loss will still depend on the standard murder counter
- If this counter reaches five, you will be permanently red (meaning, you will be attackable. You will not suffer stat loss unless your murder count is also high).

So Stat Loss was likely rolled out with T2A, but then evolved.

It's funny to go back and read the patches and see what was fun BITD.

Some people don't know this game. I have always been red my whole 12 year's I played first when I was 15 and im 27. Played off and on on OSI tell the gay change's was red during stat loss. And btw legion uogamers was like this when it first opened minus the alchy's. So there is 2 forms of old school you dumb ass l2ts

Umm.. wrong! uogamers was not like this when it started. It was changed like this once before then changed back.

When UOG first started AOE's only hit greys and reds buddy...

You didn't play here back then so get lost bud. There was a small group of guys at first and I was one of em. The server pop was low at first and we fought the same fucking guys for ever before it got popular. I ran the only half ass decent server before this one came out age of deadly's/abaasy.
the only people from back then that even still play dont play much or work here. Everyone who really was here on opening day's know's me. I lived next to glow on the corner of the road. Me and dahnka kahn fought around that area for 3 year's. Tell he went to jail and we sold the house so get your history right you might have played here when the population boomed but your not old school.


People like elohde "even though he is fat" and urinal cake,boss,mark,ryan and kriios all used to play hard core back then. And im not talking the gay ck6 day's this was before anyone cared about a guild name. It was just random guild name's fighting everyone.
