What do people prefer? Chinese spare ribs or chinese boneless spare ribs? I kinda like the boneless spare ribs, they're pure grease and godliness. Goes well with Cape Cod Beers India Pale Ale.

Yea, to be honest I figure most people like the boneless spare ribs. They're kinda hard to mess up, chicken wings however...if they're good they're great, otherwise they freakin blow beezlebubs.
