Whoever said they are curling 55lb dumbells in here is a dumbass, cause I highly doubt that unless they are swinging it up for a rep.. lmfao I've been working out for 6 weeks solid and I've seen obvious gains and I don't look like a bird... Thats in 6 weeks... 1 year from now I'll look like arnold shwarznigger
 
Heres something to make fun of, I pretty much lost all my muscle after blowing out my knee then wrecking my motorcycle, just got back into weight lifting finished my 6th week today.. Flame wars time, give me some drive baby lets see the birds fly

Wow you're able to lift 105 lbs.

I remember I having to lift that much during the presidential physical fitness challenge in the 6th grade.

I think I was 169lb in that picture.
I'm currently at 178. 15% BF
Zack is 6'1" 174 and about 12% BF

Very nice, it really takes a lot of dedication to get in the gym but once you get past that 1st and 2nd week it becomes natural, something you actually want to do. I've been in the gym a lot in the past but have had something go wrong every time to take me out of the gym, this time I'm focused

Oh any for anyone that has ever experienced the "pump" <- reasearch it.. you'll be addicted to working out and trying to achieve this "pump", it's basically like blowing a load on the gym floor and your arms splitting apart... feels good, I felt it for the first time 3 weeks ago now I chase it.

If your in the gym lifting
training for a 10mile with 25 plus obstacles
than you might want to rethink your training
find the tallest building in your city
and use there stairwell
 
Hardest part of me is eating enough calories :( 1g protein per 1 lb body weight... eating rice all day for carbs "1 g carbs = 4 calories"
