Just curious: Is it legal for GMS to hold duel wager money?

Or perhaps there could possiblybe a way to add a "wager option" to duel setups. This would settle many feuds me thinks, since everyone is iuntrusting with duel money.

Mostly because he was so rich he didn't care about 5-10mill, and secondly because he was a nice guy.
