Add Party Member works well as I have checked before.
Eject from house now works no matter if the house is public or private, if the person you eject is a friend, co-owner or just has access, and if you have line of sight or no.

If all of this is OK, this patch is OK.

Implemented in SVN 502

The patch forgot to increment the timeout for party invites to 30 seconds, as reported in first posts and never invalided. I added it.
