You're wrong, though. It isn't for the holidays. It's for Christmas. Believe it or not, not everyone is Christian. I wouldn't mind having the option - even if it were a donation item - to get a Hanukkah themed gift. Would it be that hard to find a potato pancake hue for a pile of snow and rename it "latke"?INDK;1778967 said:

I have sold all my hollyday tree
I sold some NCD
and i sold some verry nice things to get thos gift
its the game
and we have to dou what we have to dou to get them

Believe it or not, although the word Christmas has its roots in Christianity, it's no longer a term only identified with religion.
Christmas, in the modern sense, is about commercialism, tacky decorations, holiday parties, overspending, overeating, Santa Claus and 'Hallmark'.
The server hasn't given out any items that are religion-based. There are no nativity scenes, etc. It's all been straight up mainstream items - gingerbread men, candy canes, etc.
Keep your beliefs in your heart, and in your home. They don't need to be in a game.

Countessa, I'm appreciative of the gifts, and to be honest I was mostly just messing around, as I expect Hanukkah gifts about as much as I expect a local radio station to switch over to playing exclusively Hanukkah music starting after Thanksgiving (I think that would involve simply looping Adam Sandler and Dreidel Dreidel Dreidel) but non-Christians don't view the holiday that way. Everything associated by commercialized America with the "Holidays" is specifically from Christian tradition, whether it be an explicitly religious symbol or otherwise.
