Mine is Dull Copper, as I needed the physical resist for the character when I enhanced it.

Mine's Order Shield, 15 DCI, 14 HCI, 7 Phys, SC-0.

IMO, gold is still a better choice, because it grants fire resist, and -30% to requirements instead of only -20%.

I agree, but with dull cooper guys like me don't have to worry about ruining a good shield.

Even with my 100 BS and a +10 ash i never fail a dull cooper enhancement process

ive failed more than one time on dull copper with a 60 ash and 120 smith.
ive got good luck like that

Thats really is some bad luck, my friend.

I don't remember failing any, but im guessing you already done thousands more enhances than i did, so probaly one or two must fail

I broke my 13/12 FC1 shield with DC, 120 smith and a +15 ASH

If you enhance enough shields, you WILL break some of them along the way.

sod's law and luck is such.. i've ruined a simple enhancing w spined on leather pieces w like luck 60, LRC18, LMC6 (120 tailoring) and in that same session, i successfully enhance 2-3 sub-standard items w gold, without using ASH... ugh..

The more magic properties an item has, the more dificult it is to enhance it.

Such an item you described would have a great chance of being destroyed.
I ruin simple 1 property luck items with spined all the time with my Legendary Tailor. :/

Wow, another item for my "Best Demise Items" collection.

When the collection is big enough, ill make a thread with best items i've seen on demise, so all of us noobs can hate ourselves together for not being lucky, or rich.
