The battle to overthrow Lucius failed. The remnants of the resistance fighters and their supporters are now seeking asylum under the protection of State of Yew territory.

A town hall meeting/kickoff is being set next weekend to see if Yew will accept them. The HCRP leader will be in the Yew Town Hall to guild HC characters who have posted their intro. The State of Yew Town Hall building is located just West of the Yew Crossroads.

A list of eligible characters names will be compiled in this thread.

The meeting times will be
3-4pm central Saturday the 13th
5-6pm central Sunday the 14th

If you recognize one of your characters, but have worked on their skills outside of HCRP sessions please inform us so they can be taken off the list.

Fermin awoke feeling as heavy and grey as the darkening skies and his stomach rumbled almost as loud as the approaching thunder. Sitting up, the empty bottle from the previous nights binge thumped to the ground with an ominous finality. Digging through his threadbare backpack, Fermin remembered he ate the last of his dried fish steak the previous day and had nothing else to stay the increasing grumble from his gut.

Slowly getting to his feet and gathering the meager belonging of his camp together, Fermin set out to find a meal. Stumbling across the road to Yew, Fermin spotted a tavern and decided to see if he could beg a meal or a bit of spare coin from any patrons of the establishment.

No one answered when he knocked at the doors, however he heard a noise from around the side of the building. Fermin followed the sound believing it to be the tavern keeper, perhaps chopping wood for the fire.

As he rounded the corner, Fermin came face to face with a Troll! The Troll let loose a mighty roar at the same time Fermin squeaked out a tiny yelp! Turning to run Fermin lost his balance and tripped over his own feet in his attempt to flee!

The troll swung his huge fist hitting Fermin square in the chest throwing him through the air and into the trunk of a tree leaving him unable to breath and disoriented. Shaking his head to clear the fog, Fermin tried to stand and run but was only able to make a few staggered steps before the troll's next swing smashed into his head breaking open his skull and raining blood across the grass just as the sky above broke open releasing it's rain upon the gruesome scene.

As Fermin lay face down on the muddy ground he could hear the Troll approach from above. Watching his own blood be washed away by the pouring rain, Fermin thought to himself "I was supposed to die at sea..."

First casualty in the latest scenario.
