maybe it was rikomi then. it wasn't a hack or anything it just said "tick" above the player when the poison ticked. it didn't have a countdown or anything. But yeah i saw his video. multiticks are fun and look impressive to people who don't know how to 5x, but multiticking like that is pretty easy when you have a 5xing opponent who is dumb enough to stay stationary.

i used to do that sometime to pratice the differents timing to disrupt with my spells and simulate a timed cure.

as much as it sounds like i would like to play i definitely won't be. just don't have the time. i enjoy the discussions though since i invested so much time (sadly) of my life into this game. at least I can say that it was fun.
i remember seeing vets come on the forums back in like '08/'09 saying how good the vets were before I played. I got so sick of that. Now I'm doing the same thing.

holy crap 221 active players? when i stopped playing 2 years ago there were still around 600-700. and back then I thought it was dead! what the hell happened? someone enlighten a poor vet!

everyone back then (4-5 years) saying the shard is dead finally got everyone's attitude to match. Now if something goes wrong to somebody in game, it's too easy to say "oh this shard is dead anyways". Hard to put time/effort into something that a majority of the populous feels is a waste of time.
And the splitting of player base over different shards. IPY took a huge chunk and most of those players never returned. Ryan's Revelations took a lot of players and slapped them all in the face with an early closure, and most didn't return. Demise is demise.
Ryan came back for like a week over a year ago, gave tons of handouts and got everyone excited and left quicker than he arrived. He has done it plenty of times. But when he came back, the player count (multiclienting) rose to over 1300. Events had 75+ participants in a 1v1 tourny. One ctf had nearly 300.
Mark wanted the reins of the shard. Never received them. Now he opens up hybrid 2 with zanzibar or w/e its called. Took another 75-100 players with him.

Ahh yeah i understand dude i suppose i misunderstood a sec and of course i know dude some of the saddest things in uo was hearing who was cheating who wasnt etc! honestly i think everyones had their share of UO at the top in some sense, if i do actually play here and there itll be for a few fights and then im off really dont care much to brag or shit talk anymore, ive earned my keep ahahah, definitely down to play with whoever or 2v2 with ya if anyones on, i think i only got Rasergay with me who knows his availability i hear hes into larping now a days i believe he has a fancy for one of the nintendo princesses cody lmk if that is accurate.

According to Mark when he quit that number was falsified. The 600-700#. Apparently there was a script that increased the player count by double than it actually was.

As much as i like this server i've heard about that as well and i believe it , no doubt for me and i've also heard from a few staff members that there is apparently a ''connection issue'' right now and a few hundred of players are not able to log on.
But if we put all the pieces together i think that we can understand what is really going on ...
Once again , i'm not conspiracy theorist.
But i'm just saying.
That's possible.

Id say Geox was prolly the best player that played uog, he could prolly take the "best" current player without even trying lol

I've dueled a guy a around 2 years ago and his name was a clone and his account were close to 8 years old.
he also stated that he used to 5x alot so i will have to assume that was him , he had that ''old school'' no pre cure gameplay.
Unfortunately , this is not really what happened.
