Tbh i was surprised on how easy it was. Way easier than what i thought it would be.

A good trick to find the exact spot where you want to place the 2nd char: use UOAM, mark the spot where you will click to place the castle/keep and the spot where the 2nd char will have to stand.

PS: Shouldn't this thread be moved to the scribes section?

No, there is currently no other known way to get up there on Demise.

Use a pre recorded razor macro which says "i wish to release this" and targets snowpiles. Then pick up the snowpile with the help of control+shift or use razor scavenger.
