Depending on which store you purchased from there are two ways to claim an item. If you used the new site simply type [claimitem while in game. Fill out the gump that appears and the items will be put into your bank.

If you used the old site you'll type [claimdonation while in game and again fill out the gump that appears. The items are then placed in your bank.
