Now how to I get it in game? Didn`t have info bout it on the email receipt and can`t find any documentation on it on the site.

Simply type [claimitem (or [claimdonation) while ingame and fill out the gump that appears. The items will then be placed in your bank box.

It actually has the order number in the email from Paypal - it's part of the invoice id: Invoice ID: UOGH-XXX

XXX = number, = order ID.

That number should be in the bottom left corner of your email receipt from PayPal.

I would suggest you page in game and have an admin look into it.
