I wouldn't even go as far as to say it was hentaic, its just some soft-core manga .. For some reason it reminds me of the cyborg from GiaS ;p .
I'll just dig up some eyes to show the difference between male and female..

when i was on osi uo people would trip because I was a girl and say stupid shit like I wasnt' realy a girl I was a transexual or a homo..
I think it's mostly ignorance that alot of ppl first assume the whole girls on the internet!

Femeninity in guys is generally depicted via femenine drawn eyes in animé and manga. I'd give you a few examples but i'm too lazy to think of any
There's always room for syalisation, but yes, that is generally the case.
