You're basically bitching at the fact that people in Hz got gear. Which is far from impossible to get for anyone putting in a bit of effort even without nerding 24/7. Also you're probably the guy with the most stuff on the server but everyone knows you're so close to your pixel that you won't share your wealth amongst your team mate. You could have a badass geared team but you'd rather have your stuff rot in your chest than share it with your team, that and the lack of skills of your guys and you're still wondering why you get your ass kicked on the field?
Now I've got tons of screens of Hz ganking people and even more of Hz fighting outnumbered and kicking ass. You can cry all you want but everybody in this game uses number whenever they can. Even the people who craves for duels around do gank whenever they get a chance. Don't be such an hypocrite and simply stop ganking on undernumbered people if you're not okay with. Oh wait you won't because that's the only way you could get insurance money.

I don't think just anyone can go ahead and get accepted into Hz. I got denied at first because I was undergeared.. which would go ahead and prevent someone in a guild from having what you call a weak link. If you consistently recruit new people there will always be that one guy who don't really matter in team fights, especially if they don't want to use uoc and teamspeak.

There is plenty of people I see that run around with bad ass suits and still get dropped like a old man having a cramp.
Learn to not spam mafb when you need to be loading that explo-curse-flamestrike-lightning combo.
Oh wait... Looks like im one of the VERY few who runs a PURE mage. None of this tactmage/mortal spamming babyback bullshit.
If you rely on gear to push you through fights, good luck to you.
Put a trammy thats never been to fel in a 250kk suit and see if he dies like a brigand. Put a experienced pvper in a 10kk suit and he will kill the trammy every time.
Gear dont matter.

Doesn't matter your suit. Hz clearly can't handle fighting solo. Came to Brit a min and was immediately xfielded by 4 hz. Went to help a guild mate being attacked by 2 hz in moonglow which turned into 2v3 after I killed one then fucking 2v6. Hz is seriously so bad they need 2v6? So bad in fact they need to immobilize you or zerg you down triple numbers. Such a shit guild

People like to farm.. If there was no insure, Im pretty sure a lot of people would group up in 'ok' suit to farm something much better then miasma.
So those suits would then only be used in tram for the most part leveling the play field.
Disarm/Steal used to be a good one. As it is.. Why would they waste time farming 3k insure when Miasma die in 5 seconds and bloods in 2 ?
