There's no such thing as perma-ban on Demise.

You may want to ask Zorak, Devin, or Applesauce. There were no amnesties on Demise for a very, very long time. It was only witch hunts.

i say legalize it, why not?... EUO is legal... and while yer at it legalize auto loot too: its more cumbersome to sift through the 1000:1 garbage to decent item ratio than to kill the actual monster!

I agree. I am pretty sure it's possible to block it exclusively for player bodies to avoid it in PvP, too. PvM is much less enjoyable when your wrist hurts...
