The wipe suggestion has been going on for years, it has never happened because a few people would put it in ryans head that no one would log back in.. So instead they kept doing updates hoping the server would populate and get active again but never fixing the problems to begin with. The encomy for one.. Gold duping by staff.. Gold selling by players & staff.. Cbds for example used to on average sell for like 400k which was reasonable now i see them fot 1.5? And the gold loot for farming hasnt changed much to my knowledge.

5 years later we are still saying a wipe is a must and to start fresh.. If we had done it 5 years ago when we first started talking about it the server would be back to were it was in its prime. Can either wait a couple more years doing updates that never fix the problem and trying to get new people here who will see a sever thats full of afk rich bank siitters a the rare occasional pvp fights and decide uo forever is more active with a better enconmy and go there or we can do what most servers do and start fresh and pull players from other servers like they did to hybrid.

5 years has past since it was suggested maybe even more, lets not let another 5 years go by trying to think of ways to save the server when it's obvious what needs to be done..A WIPE.

P.s. if you ever do decide to do a wipe dont put items like gold on the donation store that ruins the encomy and encourages people not to farm and also hire adults as staff and pay them with donation store money .. Not kids who have nothing to lose who will screw you and the server first opportunity they get.. Oh and maybe use some of that money to advertise your server like uo forever did..
