UO is the only game that makes my mouse flicker a little bit. Ill take a look at it when I get home from work.

Where is this pci-e power setting at? can't seem to find it.

  1. go to control panel
  2. click system and security
  3. click power options
  4. look for high performance (may be in hidden)
  5. click change plan settings
  6. click change advanced power settings
  7. click pci express and then make sure LSPM is OFF
