If you're stuck at some patching point, it means downloaded patch file most probably corrupted.
Go to your UO installation folder,
find folder named "patch" and delete the files inside.
Then repeat patching process (uopatch.exe)
NOTE: I always take a fresh backup of complete UO folder before patching, this way I can go back to previous version without reinstalling the game.
