I honestly think you could survive from the crab clamping onto your neck. I don't think it would have enough power to crush the spinal cord, and if that claw clamped onto your neck, I don't think it would completely pinch off your airways. I think you would be able to breathe for the hour, and not become paralyzed.

I'd risk the neck before the junk. I'm hoping it would slow the blood flow, I would pass out, and it would probably get bored within the hour and unlatch. The freaking out due to it latching on my balls would probably just make it more mad, and it would just go *snip! SUX2BU!!!!!!*

honestly, I dont think the crab could sever balls or a neck...the way the claws are serrated(sorta), it doesnt make a complete seal when closed, and the claws only CRUSH, they do not move in a cutting motion.

So I guess it would go more like
"the freaking out due to it latching onto my testicles would probably piss it ioff more, then it would just go and *CRUSSHHHH* with all its strength, making the testicles go *POP!* SUX2BU LULZ ENJOY TEH MILL*
