Okay, I'm officially giving up... places that I have cleared:

1) Deceit - Trammel
2) Dungeon at the SE corner of Ishnear
3) Solen Caves (both Tram and Fel)
4) Orc Caves (both Tram and Fel)

5th picture is south of chaos, its a dungeon accessed in the desert outpost area.
6th picture is near humility, its the cave in the lizard man camp leading to the AW, Nox Tereg.
