Re: a game for movie buffs

Ok, ok I can take a hint...

Max Schreck - (Die Letzten Vier von Santa Cruz ) - Irene von Meyendorff - (Mayerling) - Ava Gardner - (Knots Landing) - William Devane - (Stargate SG-1) - Jennifer Calvert - (The Brides in the Bath) - Martin Kemp

Sorry that it took so long, had to get back in the groove.
I blame the forums for being down among other sorry excuses.
Anways think this was the first one that was actually a bit of a challenge you the man Jrhather!.

Oh and William Devane and Jennifer Calvert weren't in the same episodes if you want to make me redo it on those grounds :p

From vampires to vampire slayers.
Jack MacGowran - Konstantin Khabensky

Re: a game for movie buffs

Jack McGowran (The Exorcist) - Ellen Burstyn (The Wicker Man) - Nicolas Cage (Gone in Sixty Seconds) - Angelina Jolie (Wanted) - Konstantin Khabensky

I'm usually not very good at picking actors/actresses for this sort of thing.

So I'll go with...

Wayne Gretzky (OH yeah, he's had some cameo's) & Tim Curry

Re: a game for movie buffs

Wayne Gretzky (host, single episode, 1989)
Saturday Night Live
Tim Curry (host, single episode, 1981)

*sigh* That was gay. Speaking of....

Elton John & Rip Taylor

This doesn't count you silly boy.

They didn't start in the episode together. So there isn't any connection.

i was playing this game the otherday, i thought it would make a good forum game for you all to play

how to play: the objective of this game is to link 2 well know actors/actresses with each other via movies, its kinda like the whole 6 degress of seperation thingy

example

nicholas cage and christian slater

ok

nicholas cage - face off - john travolta - broken arrow - christian slater

remember to include the movie/tvshow they we both in in your answer like i have done.

ok now there is no limit to how many actors you link in between the first and last

see how that works, now whom ever is the first to post a correct answer gets to pick the next two actors/actresses.

unacceptable actors would be, the guy who played the tree in that movie that went straight to video :)

try keep the actors fairly well known, they can be dead, they can be from different decades

well i guess the person who wins is the one who comes up with two actors that cant be linked - is it possible? lets find out

ok ill start with an easy one -

marlon brando and the guy who plays Frasier Crane in Frasier - i cant remember his real name - but thats allowed, u all know who im talkin about
I must be missing THAT particular rule.

Elton John (Saturday Night Live) Rip Taylor

I think that's the reason why it's not such a great idea as you can connect most actors/musicians through SNL in some way.
Check page 1 to see what I mean when I used it.

Then don't use TV only movies.

Farrah Fawcett (Ally Mcbeal) Tina Turner

or

Farrah Fawcett (Murder in Texas) Sam Elliot (We Were Soldiers) Mel gibson (Mad Max Beyond Thunderdom) Tina Turner

Had to get Mad Max in there as soon as I saw Tina Turner come up.

Re: a game for movie buffs

Bradley Whitford (The X-Files or ER or The West Wing or Touched by an angel) Bernard White (Dragnet) Robert Walker Jr (Road to Salina) Rita Hayworth

Though think the first one the only one they starred together in at the same time was The West Wing episode "Swiss Diplomacy".

But Robert Walker Jr and Bernard did not star in the same episode of dragnet :p
