December 20th - December 27th​

1 Gift Box per Account

simply log into the game within the dates given
to claim your gift​

- account must be 30 days or older to qualify for a gift -​

What's Inside?​

~ every gift box will have 6 items ~​

three of the item placed in the box are percentage based
meaning for each of those items, it could be one of a set of items
Slot #1: 85% for one item, 15% chance for the other
Slot #2: 85% chance for one item, 15% chance for the other
Slot #3: 90.1% chance for one, 3.3% chance of 3 other items​

the remaining three items will be the same for everyone​

so what is the total number of items in the list?

are the items just for house decoration or can be worn on the character?

will u gonna announce the item list before the release date?

Three of the items are set in stone, everyone will get them.

Of the remaining, as the statement above says, there are 8 other items that have a percentage assignment.

And no, what the items are will not be released :) You just gotta wait.

so if we have 4 accounts which means we have 12 chances to get the 8 items.

but getting one set alone by luck could be impossible,are u hinting that??

slot#1: 85% for Item A, 15% for Item B
slot#2: 85% for Item C, 15% for Item D
slot#3: 90.1% for Item E, 3.3% of getting Item F,G,H

You claim the gifts simply by logging into game during the dates listed. One gift per account (not character).

There are a multitude of combinations you could get.

What I'm saying is, for Slot #1, you have an 85% chance of getting one item, and a 15% chance of getting the other FOR THAT SLOT ONLY. The second slot has different items/different percentages.

Item #1: everyone gets the same thing
Item #2: everyone gets the same thing
Item #3: everyone gets the same thing
Item #4: 85% chance of one, 15% chance of the other; most players get the same
Item #5: 85% chance of one, 15% chance of the other; most players get the same
Item #6: 90.1% chance, 3.3%, 3.3%, 3.3% (4 different items)

Selections for item 4, 5, and 6 are NOT the same as the other. Items to fill slot 4 are different than the items that fill slot 5 and 6. Simple.

I heard when you wear luck items you get the chance to get better things in the box :D jk. Thank you Demise for another year and many more years to come.

It's simple mathematics. Though I am a bit dissapointed to hear that the glacial snow won't be making a comeback. Easily one of the best inventions on the shard.

Not that it matters, I'm sure there will be plenty of trading going on for those who have this need to own a complete collection of everything.

And I know it's early but have a good one everyone, and a thank you to the owners for another year of playing UO for free.

uh oh.. i hope i am able to log on to claim somethin.. will be out of the country a week before christmas and won't be back for a few weeks.. and with no chance to log on.. :(

Hmm, my account should be 30 days old somewhere around the 24th, will I be eligible for the christmas present? Everyone who has donated to the server should be eligible I think:)
