The rules has been set the way they are to avoid this kind of drama and to protect people from loosing real money.

I don't think Lead should get ban since technically there is no proof of what has been done and I truly believe when Lead opened up he was drunk and high on meth and his family was being held at gun point and had to no choice to say these things.
