Swing speed and dex: 120 vs 100

Reading prior posts, I noticed some people state that having more than 100 stam does not affect swing speed. Can anyone verify this?

I think it won't affect, but u will spend some stamina anyway while running and taking damage =)

Swing speed delay-in-seconds = 15000 / ( ( stamina + 100 ) * weapon-speed )

The more stamina, the faster you swing. Period. There is no mystical 100 stamina cutoff.
