young newb looking to buy a simple house

Hi! I'm about 2 weeks old and I was looking to see if anyone would be willing to sell a basic house or tower on the Hybrid shard.

Location does not matter, I just need a place to store my goods when the time comes.

I'm not sure what to pay, so I'm just accepting any offers I guess..

I'm also looking to buy a small starter house that is preferably located close to any moongate - can pay cash or trade resources.
