More details... is that burnt or some kind of unusual bun? If burnt, just the bun is burnt? or the patty as well? Looks like a chicken sandwich. I wouldn't order a burnt burger/sandwich. Toasted, crunchy outside soft inside definitely but not burnt.

It is not burnt.
The bun has been blackened using some sort of Bamboo charcoal, not quite sure of the correct procedure.
You can also see this burger here:
The cheese is blackened using squid ink, and the sauce is a type of pepper sauce.
There are other variety as well, like a dark blue bun with sesame making it a pearly type of look.
I think they look yummy and interesting
