ISP = Internet Service Provider, there is a way to change. Call whoever provides your internet and cancel it, get the internet through some other provider.
Btw, I am not, haven't been and don't seem to be having this problem that everyone keeps complaining about.

I've been getting a little lag now and then, but it could be due to several factors including that I sometimes use Mult-UO to run two accounts at the same time. I also should run Ad-Aware and clear out all the crap that could be slowing down my connection.
I haven't lost con since I updated my UO client.
