Yes. Since I began on Hybrid 8 months ago.

If you like the location, head south to the penninsula and someones selling that house for 3 million....allthough I don't think it's worth 3 million at all....

the house in the pic would go for well over 3m as its on a guard line and is on the same screen as a good rune lib and then thers cotton fields infront (vorpals also) and its an iite size
