And yes it's legal . Sammich I believe is a approved character builder for the shard. There is another thread that contains this information, but it seems to become misplaced.

There is like 5-6 other people on the list, but one must be approved before being able to sell 7x characters for people.

i think he means a new char on one of his accts.
just building the char.. i might be mistaken, but thats how i took it.

Yes but having someone on his account building the character is risky lol. Of course you are trustworthy though =]

But in case he was looking or considering to buy the account from someone and not having them go into his current one, illegal.
