Who owns the houses on mag beach?

Theres like 3 houses across the beach, all the signs read "Mystic storage, Mystic library", etc , who owns these?

Mystic is a guild that use to play over 3 years ago... im sure someone is refreshing them... who knows who though. they are all un active.

Yea, why do people keep refreshing houses, they have no intention of ever using. Everytime I've known someone who did something like that I eventually heard they sold stuff for real money.

i saw them log on one day to refresh the houses.. i forget the name but they totally ignored my attempts of starting a conversation.
