Just drop the MR s from that, and you have a ring that is actually possible to spawn because jewels can't spawn with mana regen, and I think 6 mod jewels don't spawn anymore... or do they?

I think they do. If I recall I got a 6mod ring off a ratmage paragon. All shite mods though.

The 6 mods has been one of the side effects of the wierd and flawed implementation of luck this shard has, while also being undeniable proof that it does work. The luck system, last I knew, hasn't changed drastically, (it may have been tweaked a little) so I'd presume that such things still drop.

If we could have any item that is actually spawnable i'd go with something like this:

Ring - 0/3, 20 LRC, 15 DCI, 15 HCI, 8 LMC, 15% Fire Resist

Hm... I think it does
I love mine too, though it's so small that I need another one for storage.
