Regs and ingots, by far, are the most needed/used.
Bones are useless unless someone is training to 120 tailoring.
Boards are very niche, since no one really rocks a carpenter anymore and they are only needed for explosion kegs and house addons.
Cloth is super easy to get on any character, and dirt cheap as well.
Buying arrows for 1gp per is way more cost effective than making them with wood and feathers.
