what patch lets you make the new tailoring items?

i have a tailoring 120 scroll and i want to make studded hiro sode, i dont see it on the list and i am patched to 7 21 1, where do i patch too?

studded hiro sode? There is only regular leather, barbed, horned and spined here.

Hiro sode is not a type of leather, it is a type of armor for the arms that was introduced in the Samurai Empire Feature.

We do not have the ability to craft these items on Hybrid.
