Weird Sallos Issue

So i got everything downloaded thanks to nollie's thread!
But i get this issue when im about to log into my character i get this...

What do I do to solve this problem.Please Help Thanks!

Try the last two ss solutions to errors.
Deleting the Cashe folder and Configuration file.
C:\ProgramData\Sallos\Ultima Online\Cache
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Sallos\Ultima Online

Found : C:\ProgramData\Sallos\Ultima Online\Cache Tho=[
