Weird freezing issue

Just reinstalled earlier and I'm getting a weird freezing issue every few minutes where the client just freezes for like 5 seconds and then resumes.

I'm using Win 7 and I have a plenty capable PC, not having problems with any other games.

I'm using old profiles I saved from when I left the game but I don't see how that'd be a problem? Also seems to only be happening on 1 account/char if I'm logged in with one of my alts it doesnt happen on that 2nd client

Right click your razor icon, go to properties, and under the compatibility tab check off "Disable visual themes"

That should solve your freezing issue.
