Since you wanna make a archer I'll throw in 2 jewels and a bow that i used to use on my archer.
Ring: FC1, HCI14, LMC8, Parry+6
Bracelet: DI16, HCI8, Poison 13, Energy 7 (this one helps with the poison resist alot since artifacts for archers lack that.)
Composit bow: HML40, Hit Fireball 36%

Those + my previous offer for the Fcr3 Ring.
