Tracking issues

issues with tracking skill are
I fail to track mounted mobs
I fail to track animal form mobs.
I can only consistently track monsters.

Ran a bit of a test on this using my own characters because i had trouble tracking stealth archers. I have 100 tracking. 100 detect hidden.
