Thinkin bout buying a 7x skill ball and....

Just wondering,can these be used for any skill? Or is there set skills it will only work for? Just want to make sure I can use it for 7 skills of my choice.

Make sure you do your stats firsrt before using it. Otherwise you will have to use a stat ball

I suggest camping, its by far the quickest for all 3 stats. After that Item ID for Int, Arms Lore for STR, and Hiding/Snooping for Dex.
