I just put this patch on my tc and with this patch you are able to repair orc helms, orcish visage and the orc chieftain helm.
Checked both with tailoring skill using a kit and with repair deeds.
Double checked orc chieftain helm cannot be pof'd ect. I didn't dl and check evil orc helm with this but thats still in dev.
I'm still happy to send this patch.
