[SVN] SoSs are Facet Specific

Problem: When a person gets an SOS, it is specific to trammel or felucca

OSI Accurate: SOSs should not be facet specific (per the text on the SOS). The coords should only be the specific part as long as the map is trammel or felucca.

How do I know its a problem: I keep having to tell people this

A very surprisingly simple fix. SOS's still serialize the target map mind you.

Tested this on BAD TC these are my findings:-

SoSs collected in Trammel can be fished up in Trammel and Felucca

SoSs collected in Felucca can be fished up in Trammel and Felucca.

So i see no problems with this patch.
