[SVN] PlayerVendor client update

Behavior on Demise: When you are going to customize a vendor of yours, you can't change hair/beard unless you first remove them
Behavior on OSI: Not tested

Clearly a RunUO bug. If it was also on OSI, would be an OSI bug.

You can change the vendors hair without removing any of it, it doesn't appear to change it in your client right away though. I have noticed that if you go off screen then return to the vendor it has the new hair style and color. It's like your client caches the vendors hair and will not refresh until you leave the area and return.

On OSI you don't need to do this as it refreshes as you change it.

This is the only way I can find to do this, short of some core mods for silly vendor hair.

OSI sends a remove entity packet then replaces the hair with a new entity. The only way I can find to get it to do this, is to actually remove the hair, processdelta, and add new hair, saving the hair color.

Tested on Demise TC:

I have checked all hair and beard styles and they can be changed without removing first.
The hair/beard colour is retained when changing style.
Checked male and female vendors.
Checked contracts of employment and vendor rental deeds.
All the other vendor options still do what they did before.

I can't see anything wrong with the functionality of this one, it does what it says it does.

I did notice in I.P's screenshots that elven vendors are available, is that being treated as a different report somewhere?
If it is then imo this patch is good to go. :)
