[SVN 863] PS incorrect spelling

According to a Powerscroll I retrieved from a champ spawn, I noticed that there was an incorrect spelling on the Evaluate Intelligence 110 PS.

UODEMISE BEHAVIOR:
-An Exalted Scroll Of Eval Intelligence (110 Skill)

OSI BEHAVIOR:
- An Exalted Scroll Of Evaluate Intelligence (110 Skill)

Both my 10s and 15s spell out "Evaluating Intelligence"

i just saw some on vendor that say "eval" that's weird!
