Summons take control slots when dead away from caster

1. Summon fey/fiend or deamon/earthele.
2. Put them to attack a monster that they will certainly die.
3. Leave them by running away quickly or recall out.
4. Control slots still consumed even though they are dead.
5. Check character status bar and see slots still consumed.
6. Go back and they are not there nor corpse.
7. Cannot cast new summons due to "too many followers."
8. To release the slots, log out/in.
