Staff Changes - Shard Update

Lead Counselor Sypher has resigned his position with the shard and will no longer be staff. Sypher was one of the better leads we have ever had and will be dearly missed.

The following are also no longer staff:

GM Irina
CNS Palin
CNS Roka

Due to the recent changes Grevlok and Banshee will be taking on more of a leadership and mentoring role for all staff. There will no longer be a "Lead GM/Seer/Counselor" position. These positions are being vacated and both Grevlok and Banshee who are admins will be in charge of all three groups.

Grevlok and Banshee have both proven to be the most steadfast leaders we've ever had. Both are no-nonsense and very good for the shard. Over the next few weeks you'll also be seeing a web based ticket system introduced (it's already being used for some cases) for abuse tickets, account issues, donation issues and anything else the staff members can help you with.

We're working as much as we can to ensure that you're getting the attention you deserve as our playerbase. We've got a ton of things going on right now as far as changes go so please bear with us.

Good changes. Banshee and Grevlok are two men whos absense will be felt greatly if they do leave. Sypher, I love you mang, :(.

Sypher was in the middle of all those awesome dungeon changes! They were all awesome! Is someone gonna finish them?

Cool updates, goodluck to sypher he truly was a great addition to staff and im sure he will be missed.

yeah what happened with Sypher wasnt he just moved to a different position and has been working on the dungeon spawns, why suddenly is he leaving?

There will be others working on the spawn and taking over weddings. Stay tuned for updates over the next few weeks.

Sypher wanted to commit his time to his family and he's sorely missed.
