Spirit speak, doesnt work with protection

Unfortunately, Spirit speak isn't a spell, it's a skill. There are no faster casting/faster casting recovery mods applied to it, and like most skills, it requires decent timing to pull it off. The protection spell only allows you to cast SPELLS without disruption when under its influence. This is no bug.
