Skill menu for one char empty

Hi,

for my character "Wieland", I discovered this bug today:
- logging in with UOSteam or Razor
- chosing Wieland
- click on paperdoll button
- click on skills button
- bug: empty and non-functional skill menu

Expected behavior is, of course, that I can read all my skill stats, and set the lock/unlock option, and eventually use the blue gems.
This expected behavior is available on all other characters of my account.
My account is "CL".

Please help!
There are several GM crafting skills on this char that I wouldn't like to lose...

This is a client bug that happens sometimes, definitely not server related/caused! The problem is that your skills gump has no more skill groups, and hence it's empty.

The fix is:

• Open your skills window.
• Press the "new group" button.

It will create a new group, and put all unassigned skills into it automatically.

So the actual phenomenon is indeed client related (note that it happens both in razor and uoSteam). I wonder what causes deletion of the attribute groups? I wouldn't even know how to delete them? How does the client delete them?
