Server Upgrade

Server is moving to a new machine.

Current Machine:

P4 2.4Ghz, 1GB Ram

New machine:

Dual Xeon, 4GB Ram (2 to start, 2 to be added)



Now... To help pay for this, we will be implementing a dontation system similar to the other UOGamers shards.
