Server dowtime update

The server had a period of dowtime tonight that was the result of an improper network route. The downtime lasted approximately 27 minutes, and was fixed by the network team at our datacenter. Fortunately for some, but unfortunately for others the hands on team rebooted the server thus causing a revert.

Sorry for the revert, and enjoy the shard being back online.
